Barnes and Noble

A good brother and I have decided to go public with a bible study. We have been working on a study of Messianic Prophecy. We're letting the study sort of go where the Spirit leads us and that makes it really fun. Our hope and prayer is that we can be a light in this dark world and we really want for people to come and ask questions. If nothing else, we get a chance to show the "Bible Belt" that followers of Jesus mean business when it comes to working on their faith.

Another aspect of the public bible study is that we get a chance to step out of our comfort zone and be a little more bold with our faith. Praying in public and worshiping through an intense study of God's Word has really stimulated a great new growth in our faith. We have been inspired and motivated and look forward to more of God in our lives.

Praise the Lord for the wonderful opportunity. I want to encourage fellow believers to put their faith into action and watch God move greatly in your lives.

Homeschool

We've decided! We're going to be taking Yazzi out of the private Christian school that we had her in and homeschool her. The method God used to bring us to this decision, was an increase in tuition which got us to start thinking about what we really were paying for. Our big pull to the private school was the "Kingdom Education", which was really great, and the quality of the studies that she was involved in. When I started praying about those things, it really became clear to me that Duski and I could give her these things from our home.

Yazzi won't be missing out on "Kingdom Education". She won't miss out on solid studies. I think that our ministry, as parents, is to train up our children. It has been difficult to organize our thoughts on homeschooling, but now that we have, it is clear that the education that we can give her will be so much better and even more biblically based than before.

Now that a decision has been made, we can change our focus on which road to take and finally start enjoying the excitement of building a classroom, and starting school. I think Yazzi will be excited to know where she'll be next school year, even though she knows there will be a huge change. We would appreciate any prayers that you can lift up for us. We thank all of our friends for the wisdom that we have been receiving, and we are grateful to fellowship with such wonderful brothers and sisters that love us.
